I suspect one could even make a good case for those three organizations to get religious exemption from taxes, and organize as 501(c)3 religious bodies, if they're not already.
Atheism is a system of belief as not collecting stamps is a hobby. Denying an assertion is not the same as making an assertion. You, no doubt, deny the divinity of Oden - does that make your (dis) belief a religion? Your suggestion to the contrary is erroneous
Having said that, the courts, through an error prone reading of the First Ammendment, grant additional state support to Atheism that other religions do not enjoy.
