Outside The Asylum

 Not going to embed this time- middle click this link to  watch the video.   I would say that this video doesn't go far enough.  YES, it is correct- the reason for the decrease in faith and church attendance is directly correlated to the divorce and anti-procreative sexual orientations now endemic in the United States. But that isn't the only thing declining.  Food production is declining and becoming centralized, as large monocultural agribusinesses take over.  There is an epidemic of loneliness taking hold.  There's a labor shortage going on, requiring more immigration.  There is a significant decrease not just in marital vocation but in clerical vocations.  And the young who aren't in church- are angry, continually rioting and destroying what little civilization we have left. The sexual revolution, as a whole, has been a disaster.

Today, June 24, 2022 we saw the new Supreme Court come into its own, finally opposing the lies of the sexual revolution.  I offer once again this poem, followed by several links that women facing crisis pregnancies need.   Just finished the OBVC left wing progressive push survey- and for once it gave me a great idea based on what it didn't include. Much of it was focused on Title IX an the left-wing looney idea that sexual orientation and gender-fluidity is as important as biological sex (hint, I'm of the opinion that it isn't, TL;DR is that I'm against this concept). Now having said that, here's a strange concept. As a society, we deal with the individuality (and extreme individuality) of neurodiversity through a variety of evolving concepts in education where each autistic is treated as an INDIVIDUAL, instead of an IDENTITY GROUP.  To that end- neurodiverse students get Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Special Olympics provides co-ed athletic opportunities.  This counts for more than just autism:  A large number of individual difference kids are in these co-ed teams- it's easy to see people of every ability out on the field, nobody keeps score and nobody cares.  I started all this out with agreeing with my Archbishop Sample that we live in a post-Christian society, in a post-Christian world- and that as far as the American Empire is concerned, our government is almost as bad as that which the Apostles faced during the fall of the Roman Republic. Almost as bad- I fear strongly it is about to get a LOT worse.  At work, I see much anti-Catholic and anti-Christian bigotry creeping in to corporate America.  It's pretty easy to see that the result of the battles over abortion, euthanasia, and gay marriage have left conservative Christians who are serious about social justice without a political home- and at times, without an economic home either as anti-Catholic marriage bigotry enforced by the courts has been used to close small businesses and throw people into poverty.
