But between HJR6, HJR8, and HB2713, it appears that we've got a class warfare tyrant, Multnomah County State Representative Paul Evans, who apparently has taken it upon himself to attack small business owners and senior citizens.
Just because Multnomah County is run incompetently, does not mean the rest of the state should pay for city and county disaster programs.
