Fr. Theo Lange makes an excellent point (Click through to see the video) that I've never thought of before- that Eros is not complete, without being open to procreation of life. The origin of erotic thought is fertility- is the Greek God shooting arrows into the land to make it fertile, the origin of our Cupid Myth.
