Very interesting. Not looking forward to the collapse.
I'm split on whether I'm looking forward to the collapse or not, but I'm making sure my family has enough real estate to not only survive, but be generous. The one thing that always bothered me about the survivalist movement is the tendency towards violent self preservation, and while self defense is important, sometimes the best defense is a good offense of actually practicing the corporal works of mercy.
