Post shutdown voting rules:
1. Priority voting to independents who have no party affiliation
2. Secondary voting to "third parties" that are not D or R
3. Never, ever, under any circumstances or for any reason, vote for an incumbent.

The tea party has destroyed the Republican Party. Democrat Senate and Congress starting in 2015 and eight more years of a Democrat in the White house starting in 2017.
What good have they done? Between the two, their destructive politics have succeeded in destroying Constitutional Government.
