A post about a father who has it far worse than I do.
Christopher was 18 months before his language delay became apparent enough to do something about. He was 26 months when we got the MRI that diagnosed Cerebral Palsy. He was 7 years when we had the MRI that confirmed that the reason we couldn't potty train was due to the spina bifida rather than the CP (yes, we actually blamed not being able to potty train on the language delay).
And I wouldn't miss a minute.
