I won't even stoop to embarrass the person who used this bad logic, but this is the new defense against abortion being murder: Murder requires a death certificate, and since abortion clinics don't keep death certificates on the babies they abort, it isn't murder.
To which I responded: Did the Nazis keep death certificates on their victims?
